Abstract:
A cylindrical double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, comprising a let-off mechanism, a looping mechanism, and a traction winding mechanism. The looping mechanism comprises yarn guide needles (1-5) arranged in an annular shape, two annular needle beds (1-1, 1-2) respectively arranged inside and outside, knitting needles arranged in an annular shape along the inner and outer annular needle beds, and a looping machine part which moves in cooperation with the knitting needles. Part of the yarn guide needles (1-5) are laid with yarns to form loops on the inner and outer annular needle beds (1-1, 1-2), and the other part of the yarn guide needles are alternately laid with yarns to form loops on the inner and outer annular needle beds (1-1, 1-2) so as to partially or completely connect two fabrics formed on the inner and outer annular needle beds (1-1, 1-2) to form a three-dimensional tubular fabric, and the formed three-dimensional tubular fabric is gradually released from a weaving area by means of the traction of the traction winding mechanism. The cylindrical double-needle-bed warp knitting machine breaks through the limitation of traditional double-needle-bed warp knitting machines, simplifies the production process of the three-dimensional tubular double-needle-bed warp knitted fabric, combines the advantages of a three-dimensional tube shape, optimizes the product performance, enables a warp knitted product to be suitable for a wider market, and can be widely applied to various fields.
