Abstract:
In the present invention, a management server 20, which is a daily report data shaping device, comprises: an extraction item character storage unit 31; an extraction item retrieval unit 33; a candidate cell setting unit 34; an attribute determination unit 35; and a daily report list creation unit 36. The extraction item character storage unit 31 registers, by identification symbol, an extraction item character, which is a character of a daily report item, and a daily report item attribute. The extraction item retrieval unit 33 retrieves, from among daily report data including a plurality of records, an extraction item cell, which is a cell within one record and including a prescribed extraction item character or a synonym thereof. The candidate cell setting unit 34 sets cells around the retrieved extraction item cell to candidate cells. The attribute determination unit 35 retrieves, from among the candidate cells, a matching cell to which was input a character matching the daily item attribute corresponding to the prescribed extraction item character. The daily report list creation unit 36 associates the prescribed extraction item character and the character with the matching cell.
