Technical Field

The present invention related to a dairy product of human and/or animal origin suitable for use as pharmaceutical, cosmeceuticals and food supplement for eliminating and preventing various disorders.

Prior Art

Milk is a white liquid food with a high nutritional value, which is used by the mammals to feed their babies. In the prior art, there are a number of industrial products obtained from milk. Milk powder and whey are the main dairy products widely used in the food industry.

During the pregnancy, females of animals and humans ensure the development of their fetuses according to the plan engraved into their fetus genes, via an interface called the chorion, which occupies a wide area on the placenta where it connects with the umbilical cord and where the bloods of mother and fetus do not mix with each other and the fluid surrounding the fetus is called the amnion fluid. The fetus in the mother's womb exchanges substances not only from the umbilical cord but also from the amniotic fluid. In this way, food and preservatives such as IgG and water are taken. As it can be understood from here, animals and humans can take some foods from the skin that cover the outer part of their bodies from the fetus state, till to death. Milk powder in the prior art is a durable and highly nutritional dairy product and is obtained by evaporation of water in milk such that the remainder is in a powder form. Milk powder can be obtained in various ways. In all production methods of the milk powder in prior art, water in milk is evaporated and remaining material is used. Milk vapor is released into the atmosphere.

Whey used in the prior art is the residual liquid in cheese production, which is deposited at the bottom of the buckets after cheese is taken. In some countries it is consumed as a beverage. In food industry, it is pulverized and used as an additive in order to increase the protein value of the food. By heating the whey in order to evaporate some water content, it is converted into a sort of cream or entire water content is evaporated through various process steps in order to get a solid powder form. At the end, the solid part of whey is used. MFGM-Milk Fat Globule Membrane, which is used as an additive and food supplement in food which has been proven to be beneficial to newborn children and people, is obtained from the creamy material of whey. Evaporated water is released into the atmosphere.

A milk powder preparation method is mentioned in European Patent document No. EP1127494 available in prior art. The process mentioned is based on following process steps which are composed of; preparing a standardized milk, feeding the prepared standardized milk to an evaporator with at least one stage to obtain the pre-concentrate, the pre-concentrate and re-evaporating the pre concentrate in the evaporator with at least one stage and drying it by spraying in order to obtain a concentrate with at least 50% solid content by weight. The vapor obtained as the result of evaporation performed as part of the process steps mentioned in such patent documentation, is released to the atmosphere. The remaining concentrated product is then converted into milk powder.

A method for producing protein concentrate from acid whey and the use of such protein concentrate are mentioned in the European Patent Document with the number EP1611795 available in current art. Said invention is related to a method for producing a protein concentrate from acid whey wherein the acid whey is subject to filtration, the permeability or retention capability of the membrane is selected based on the molar mass of ingredients of the acid whey, which is composed of the process steps concerning acid whey filtration through a nano filtration valve, filtering the acid whey by using at least one selective membrane for separating the protein parts or whey proteins, heat treating the ingredients retained during filtering and pulverization of heat treated particles or tiny pieces with an average particle size. In such patent document, the ingredients which are retained during filtration are used. Evaporation of whey and use of vapor upon condensation are not in question.

CT (Computed tomography), which is usually used for diagnostic purposes in prior art, is a radiological method that constitutes a cross-sectional view of the examined area of the body with X-rays. It emits radiation as X-ray is used. However, people diagnosed with cancer receive chemotherapy. The drugs used in chemotherapy give damage to the body, too. For example, as is known in medicine, cancerous cells emerge 7-8 times in a human or animal body throughout the life period and the body beats it (the cancer) for 6-7 times. This means that if the body is strong enough, it can cure the cancer by its own means. On the other hand, in the advertising and information posters, "early diagnosis saves lives, make check-up every year for sure" message is given. In addition, when you hurt some part of your body and have pain, you are told to "get an x-ray" rather than the old school examination method. If the desired information could not be obtained, computed tomography is required. Tomography and mammography are carcinogenic. If the body is strong enough to overcome cancer as is known in medicine, this risk is minimized when the body is kept strong at all times. In addition, the frequency of controlling the methods used for diagnosis involving carcinogenic substances damaging the body can be reduced.

All functions of body are realized automatically and systematically according to the rules engraved into its genes, using its organs, organelles, structures and substructures of the body and the brain as the conductor. In case of any disorder in the body, for any reason, the correct commands of the system, which are necessary for the self-defense of the body, are given by“the brain" which is preciously protected by the skull inside its head. The body continuously learns and codes this information to brain, to cerebellum and to immune system for using when necessary. If the brain is healthy, interventions are made to the problematic part and the body cures itself. Otherwise, the necessary intervention cannot be made and the disease continues. The fetus is protected by the mother's immune system before it is born. However, it grows, develops till it is born, and after birth, it lives, maintains its life and reproduces itself in the direction designated by own its genes. It will continue its genetic code only if it reproduces. Even if they live well, their generations are bound to be eliminated unless they multiply and reproduce.

All the traumas, diseases, problems, distresses overcome by the body during its lifetime are coded into conscious, subconscious or defence system of the body depending on the nature of the cases.

Somehow this information, this problem solving information is transmitted to all or some of the babies. Those who are not transmitted with this information, cannot pass it over to those that are derived from them. In this way, the generations of those, who have been transmitted with this information will multiply for years, centuries, millenniums and tens of thousands of years, while others, who were not transmitted, will be eliminated, and will get extinct. This is called natural selection.

Humans or animals need to be fed properly to maintain their lives. But in fact, each of the trillions of cells in their bodies need to be fed, and in fact, well fed. There will be no problem if unfed cells, had already reproduced and died. If these cells are subject to any mutation and thus their genes change due to this reason or another micro or macro trauma, there will be no problem either. If such cells somehow become immortal due to mutation, they reproduce and cause tumors. Tumors are divided into two as cancer or benign tumors.

Every cell of humans and animals must be fed. Each cell takes the nutrients through its protective membrane, from the medium which surrounds and is in contact with such membrane. The medium contains other neighboring cells, fluids present in the intercellular spaces and immune system cells that come back and forth for control occasionally. There are also boundary cells. Said boundary cells receive nutrients from the boundary medium. For the vessel cells, the boundary medium is the blood for the inner layers of vessels, i.e. the substances and blood cells inside the blood. For the intestine cells, boundary medium is everything that is inside the intestines. For the boundary cells of skin cells, boundary medium is the air and water as well as substances inside water while having a shower. These are the sun beams during sunbathing, exhaust gases inside air, nitrogen, oxygen, microbes, dusts and the substances inside the dusts. In addition to all of these, what we have applied to our skin creates the boundary medium. The said boundary cells perform material exchange with their boundary medium just like other cells do. Boundary skin cells absorb the absorbable and transferable materials and foods, and then transfer them into interior, just like the intestinal cells absorb and transfer the absorbable and transferable substances. For the internal organs, like kidneys, liver, pancreas, for their outer layer cells, spaces surrounding them are the boundary media described above. And these organs absorb food or material from their boundary media, if those materials are absorbable and transferable and then transfer them into the interior of the organs.

Purpose of the Invention

The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a dairy product that can be used as food supplement, cosmeceuticals and pharmaceuticals.

Another purpose of the present invention is to create a product indicated for the prevention and treatment of fatigue, transient ischemic attack, cataract, cough attacks, fever, shortness of breath, heart disease, injury, cuts or bruises resulting from trauma, joint pain, hair loss, gum disease, eating disorders, bloody semen, insufficient volume of semen and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) mostly seen in children. Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain a product that is good for joint pains and headaches.

Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain a product that keeps human beings fit and sound.

Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain a product that allows quick healing for wounds. Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain a product that prevents obesity.

Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain a product that can be used as a diagnostic material.

The product developed to realize the aforementioned objectives, is a product which is obtained by boiling milk and/or whey by applying heat and vacuum or pressure, and then cooling down the vapor generated and condensing it.

Detailed Explanation of the Invention

Milk is a white, highly nutrient liquid produced in the breasts of the mammals, which is used for feeding their babies. The invention is about the substance obtained by cooling the vapor of the milk boiled in a closed system and then converting it into liquid form. In an alternative embodiment, the invention may also be used as vapor. The product according to the invention can be obtained through different methods. 12.6% of cow's milk is dry substance. The dry substance ratio in milk varies for different animals. Apart from said dry substance, there are various useful components in milk. Components other than the dry substance in milk can be evaporated at different temperatures depending on certain pressure or vacuum values. The invention is related to a product obtained by condensing the vapor generated when the milk is boiled as the result of such evaporation process. Its color, smell and taste are similar to water. In alternative embodiments, different colors, odors and flavors may be present since different kinds of milk may be used to obtain the invention.

One or more of the humans, cow, sheep, goat, buffalo, mare, camel, elephant, whale, cat, mouse, dog, hare, reindeer or donkey milk may be used in order to obtain the product of the invention.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the product obtained can be used by converting it into a cream form or a solid (ice) form. In addition, it can be used as a pharmaceutical in tablet, capsule, coated pill, suspension, syrups, powder, granule, solution, ovule, lotion, gel, ampoule, vial, aerosols (inhaler) etc. forms. The product subject to the invention, which is available in such tablet, capsule, coated pill, granule forms, is used in doses between 1000 and 4000 mg/day. Again the product subject to the invention, which is available in such liquid, suspension, syrup, solution, ovule, lotion, gel, ampoule forms, is used in doses between 1 and 4 cc/day.

The invention is obtained through the following process steps;

Placing milk and/or whey in a container,

- Heating up the milk and/or whey placed into the container,

Picking and collecting the steam from heated milk and/or whey during boiling,

Condensing the collected vapor by passing it through a cold ambient. Note: In the case of sauna and electronic cigarettes, the vapor obtained in third step, is used directly. The invention can be used as food supplement, cosmeceuticals and pharmaceuticals once it is obtained in liquid form. The invention may be taken orally or used as an ointment and as injection. It can also be taken from the respiratory system and the digestive system.

The product subject to the invention is used by mixing with isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) in certain proportions in an alternative embodiment. The product subject to the invention contains 0.1% isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) by weight. In another embodiment, it contains isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) in the range of 0.01 to 0.2% by weight. The ratio may vary in alternative embodiments. Thus, the effect of the invention is increased for some disorders.

The product subject to the present invention contains a preservative in another alternative embodiment. Thus, the shelf life of the product subject to the invention is prolonged.

When the product subject to the invention is taken orally, it mixes into blood and carried to necessary points through the circulation system and/or lymphatic system. The invention should be taken orally on an empty stomach and with plenty of water. When the invention referred is taken with plenty of water, it is neither tried to be digested by the digestive system nor is subject to any decomposition at intestines and liver. The invention delivers a general well-being for human or animal when it is taken orally as 3-4 cc. The areas with local problems get this benefit with delay. Therefore, it is more useful to perform local applications in addition to oral use and this type of use is recommended.

The invention may be used by mixing with water or some other substances. In addition, water and other substances contained in the product may be taken away and then can be used as a concentrated active material.

The invention can be applied to any discomforted and/or desired part of the body. Since the invention is obtained in liquid form, it is sufficient to rub it by hand and then apply deeply into the skin after it is applied on to the desired area. Thus, the product subject to the invention will be absorbed by the surface it is applied and will contribute to the direct healing of that surface. Thus, the product subject to the invention will be absorbed by the upper skin cells on the applied surface and some portion of the same will be carried in to the deeper cells through the lymphatic and capillary vessels and other parts of the body through the systemic circulation. It will directly contribute to the healing of the applied surface and the area under the surface. In addition, it will also provide general benefit for the whole body.

The invention is absorbed from the scalp when applied to the head. The product subject to the invention is delivered to the brain via capillaries in the head. Somehow, it passes through the blood-brain barrier and keeps it in fit condition by functioning as it does in other parts of the body.

The product subject to the invention can be used in a variety of ways through various methods:

It can be taken as food supplement orally. (With plenty of water on an empty stomach)

By applying on the body surface (skin): it is applied on the head (eye, face, ear, etc.), arm, hand, body (chest, back, abdomen, etc.), leg, and genitals.

With injection method, it can be injected into any point of the body.

It can be inhaled through the mouth or nose as a spray through the respiratory system.

Apart from the mentioned methods, it can be applied inside the mouth (tooth, tongue, etc.). Since the color, smell and taste of the product subject to the invention are similar to water (H20), it can be applied to the desired area without causing any discomfort. The product subject to the present invention can be applied with all generally systematic (parenteral, inhalation, enteral, transdermal) and / or local (on the skin, intrathecal, intrapleural, intraperitoneal, intracardiac, intraarticular, intraperitoneal, intravaginal, rectum or colon, conjunctival, intranasal, intraocular, buccal) drug application methods.

The invention can be used as a disease diagnostic product. If it is observed that there is no decrease or healing when the invention is applied on the discomforted areas and/head, it is understood that the problem is serious, and it must be treated with other methods.

The invention brings the sense of fullness when used orally and/or locally. It gives a sense of fullness in humans, especially when used with small amounts orally in small children. In this way, a possible obesity problem is prevented.

The invention reduces the risk for people to suffer from neurological diseases by keeping the brain and body fit when taken orally and/or by local administration. It provides benefit against ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) mostly seen in children, which is known as impulsive disorder, which is manifested as excessive mobility in children.

The invention can be applied directly to the human body but can also be applied as a vapor by taking the milk vapor without being liquefied. Said method of application can be given to the environment in sauna-like rooms as steam or as spray. In addition, milk vapor is obtained by using a device similar to electronic cigarette and the vapor obtained can be inhaled through the respiratory system.

When using the product subject to the invention to the head, the ambient must be windless and warm. This is because of the evaporation, which will decrease the head temperature, that will take place when the invention is applied on the face and head. In order to avoid possible problems such sinusitis, the invention should be applied in windless and warm environments. Sample Embodiments of the Invention

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is a product obtained from whey and is a liquid substance obtained by heating up the whey in a container and cooling down and condensing the vapor generated by boiling milk under pressure or vacuum for using it in preventing and treating fatigue, transient ischemic attack, cataract, cough attacks, fever, shortness of breath, heart disease, cuts or bruises resulting from trauma, joint pains, hair loss, loose tooth as result of gum diseases, eating disorders causing continues sense of hunger, bloody semen, insufficient volume of semen and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) mostly seen in children.

When the product subject to invention is injected into the body, it is rendered into physiological saline solution, i.e. 0.9% NaCl is mixed with 99.1% of the product subject to invention. Physiological saline solution is a substance kept ready in ampoules, which is made of pure water containing 0.9% of dissolved NaCl which ensures dissolution of any therapeutic medicine in powder form when it is administered to the human or animal body by injection. Any injectable drug is in a vial and is surely supplied with an ampoule. The person, who performs the application to the patient, breaks the head of the ampoule and draws physiological saline solution into an injector. The practitioner perforates the rubber cap on the vial containing the medication by using the injector needle and administers entire product drawn into the injector before, into the vial. He/she dissolves the medication in powder form by shaking. The solution is drawn back to the injector and administered to the patient. In the application of the invention in ampoule form, there is a product that has 0.9% NaCl and 99.1% of the product obtained by the invention.

The product obtained with the invention is absorbed from the skin on the applied area when it is applied to various parts of the body in various ways. In this way, it directly affects the applied area and its effect is observed in a short time. The results obtained when the invention is applied to different parts of the body are described by following examples. If no explanation is given for the applications expressed in the examples, it should be continued to use 2-3 times a day for 4-7 days. In case of injection, it is continued to apply once a day for 6-7 days. It is mixed into the saline when administering into blood.

Sample Application-1

Fatigue is described as the reducing level of efficiency of a person in terms of physical and mental activities due to hard working or other reasons and not being capable of performing well. Fatigue is overcome by taking a break and resting for recovery. In other words, a certain time period needs to be passed after it. The product subject to the invention shows effect immediately when applied to the tired organ, back or any part of the body and/or to the head in a way that moisturizes the applied area. Especially when applied to the head (face, neck, head, etc.), it is absorbed by the scalp, and the body feels the betterment quickly. The product subject to this invention is absorbed by the scalp when applied to face. For example; there is extreme fatigue at eyes of a car driver. Discomfort, similar to penetration of dust and presence of foreign body disturbs the eyes. The product subject to the invention is sprayed and massaged deeply onto the face 6-7 puffs, while the eyes are closed. As a result, initially the eyes correct themselves and then the product is delivered to the brain through the capillaries around the eyes and on the face. The product obtained through the invention passes through the blood-brain barrier and shows effect immediately so that fatigue is eliminated without taking minutes.

Sample Application-2

Strain is referred to as the pain occurring somewhere in the body due to factors such as an impact, jamming, twisting etc. When the product subject to the invention is applied to the strained surface, it acts quickly and accelerates the healing process.

When the product subject to the present invention is mixed with ISDN and applied to the testicles, it was observed that the blood delivered with the semen, had disappeared within 2-3 weeks. Besides, the amount of semen increases. When the product subject to the invention was used without ISDN, close results were obtained.

Sample Application-4

Non-permanent symptoms lasting less than 24 hours, which take place upon partial or complete interruption of blood flow to the brain are called transient ischemic attacks. This is a kind of paralysis, a stroke. The symptoms are observed depending on the location of embolization in the brain. When the product subject to the invention is applied to the head of the person experiencing the attack (head, nape, neck, face), the severity of the attack decreases within 20-30 minutes and heals quickly.

The product obtained through the invention suppresses hunger and gives a feeling of satiety, when applied to the body or when taken orally. It is prevented that people who have eating disorder stimulating to eat continuously, catch the obesity disease.

When the natural eye lens, which is located behind the pupil and allows seeing the objects, loses its transparency and becomes dull, this is called cataract. When the product subject to the invention is applied in the eye as a drop, it relieves the eye and accelerates the healing process. (The drop used is composed of 0.9% NaCl and 99.1% product obtained through the invention).

Cough spells, especially the old people get seized with, even if there is no disease at all, can be stopped, if the product subject to this invention is applied to their throat.

Fever is a reaction given by the body while fighting against microbes. Fever usually takes place and constitutes risk in infants. When the product subject to the invention was applied to the body, it was observed that said fever had rapidly decreased and recovered. Besides, reoccurrence of fever was delayed. (It was observed that fever had recovered in 3 days, thanks to applications performed in the morning and just before going to bed.)

When the invention was applied 2-3 times on an area, aching when pressed, and located around the breast on the rib cage, it was observed that the pain was relieved. For a pain felt on a human's chest at a point about 3 cm from the left nipple to the other breast, 15% DC A (dichloro aceticacid), which is told to have converted tumors in to apoptotic state, was applied around the point for 6 days and 1 gram of DC A was mixed with 1000 cc water and drank on an empty stomach for 6 days. After that the pain had gone and 1 more cure was applied 5 says later even if it had recovered.

As a result, the pain recurred after 2 years. For the recurring problem; the product subject to the invention was applied on the point 3 times a day, for 1 week instead of 15% DCA, this time and the pain felt had gone. However the same problem reoccurred (third time) a year later. Afterwards, it was observed that the pain had gone when the product subject to the invention was used. The pain repeated after a while (4th time). The product subject to the present invention was converted into physiological saline (0.5cc; 0.9% NaCl, 99.1% product of the invention) solution and applied on the area where there was swelling and aches when pressed. After the last application, pain was observed to decrease on the first day following the application. It was observed that the pain was nearly zero during the second subsequent day. (The product is applied 1-2 times a day).

Sample Application-10

It has been observed that the product subject the invention had reduced the problems of the patients suffering with shortness of breath, when applied in required amount. For example, a person, who can barely climb up a slightly sloped hill, can go up such hill easily when the product subject to the invention is applied on the body or head of such person.

At one stage of the gum disease, the fibers and bone supporting the teeth can be damaged, this causes the teeth loosen. When the product subject to the invention was applied to the loose tooth, it was observed that the tooth had become more rigid. Sample Application-12

It was observed that the product subject to the invention had healed the injury quickly, whether it is applied on it, or around it. Besides, it was observed that the swellings had recovered quickly when it is applied on them.

It was observed that the problems experienced in knees had been eliminated completely when the product subject to the invention was injected on the knee due to a knee problem.

Sample Application-14

Hair loss may occur due to seasonal changes, stress, iron deficiency and hormonal disorders. The product subject to the invention reduces hair loss when applied to the hair.

Sample Application-15

The invention with ISDN is applied to the genitals at the beginning of early menopause and in early andropause. In vaginal application, a piece of cotton pad is soaked with the invention with ISDN and placed on the cervix. In men, the same is applied to the testicles at least once a day. This process is continued for several weeks. Men and women feel better immediately after the first use. The number of occasions on feeling hot (uncomfortably hot) decreases. Besides, vaginal smell, if any, is eliminated. Women and men feel fit and very well even at the beginning of the application. Furthermore, it was observed that the product was good for the burnout syndrome for men when it is applied immediately after every ejaculation and made him feel fitter. Sample Application-16

The product subject to the invention was applied in 3 different people with ISDN. The results obtained are described below. a) 2 men in general health collapse

While exhibiting heavy burnout syndrome due to excessive sexual intercourse, it was observed that it had started to recover on the third day and continued to recover when the product subject to the invention was applied with ISDN on the testicles, neck and nape twice a day for a week. Then one of the men fell into the same situation once again and it was observed that the problem had been solved when the same application was repeated. b) A woman, who can be called as“lady lazy”.

It was observed that when the product subject to the invention was applied with ISDN on the neck and nape twice a day together with applying a piece of cotton pad soaked with the product and tied with a string as placed into vagina for 7 days, in a way that the string remained outside, a women, who cannot live without sleeping for 9-10 hours a day and who also sleeps on her way from and to the work, had turned into normal. c) A man whose general health is not very good

When it is applied twice a day on the neck, nape and testicles for 1 week, not only the overall health got better, but also, he started to play football very well. An increase was observed in his reflex speed by eliminating the obstruction in the vessels leading to the parathyroid glands.
