Abstract:
Provided is a damper device for applying a damping force to the action of opening/closing an opening/closing body that is provided to a fixed body, wherein a cylinder 20 has a first attachment section 30 that is pivotally supported on a pin member 12 provided to one of the fixed body and the opening/closing body, and that has an opening penetrating through in a direction substantially orthogonal to the advancing/retracting direction of a piston. The piston has an attachment section that is pivotally supported on a pin member provided to the other of the fixed body and the opening/closing body, and that has an opening penetrating through in a direction substantially orthogonal to the advancing/retracting direction of the piston. The first attachment section 30 of the cylinder 20 has an elastic section for biasing the inserted pin member in the axial direction and in the radial direction. The elastic section has an axial abutment section abutting against a large-diameter section of the pin member 12 jutting radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the pin member 12, and a radial abutment section abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the pin member 12.
