Abstract:
Provided is a damper device in which the torque of a coil spring can be increased without increasing the outer diameter of a case. This damper device (1) is provided with: a case (2); a shaft (3) that can rotate relative to the case (2); a fluid that fills a damper chamber (5) formed between the case (2) and the shaft (3); a bearing member (4) which forms a partition wall (5a) that closes one axial end of the damper chamber (5) and is a separate body from the shaft (3); and a coil spring (9) which has one end connected to the case (2) side and the other end connected to the shaft (3) or the bearing member (4) and which applies torque to the shaft (3) relative to the case (2). The bearing member (4) is disposed between a winding part (9a) of the coil spring (9) and the damper chamber (5), and the winding part (9a) of the coil spring (9) and the damper chamber (5) are axially spaced apart from each other.
