Abstract:
Disclosed is a damping buffer device, comprising: a bottom base (1); a top base (2), with the top base (2) being able to move back and forth relative to the bottom base (1); a first elastic member (3), with the first elastic member (3) being arranged between the bottom base (1) and the top base (2); a twisting cover (4), with the twisting cover (4) being spherically hinged at the upper end of the top base (2); and a second elastic member (5), with the second elastic member (5) being arranged between the twisting cover (4) and the top base (2).
