Abstract:
A damping hinge, comprising a hinge cup (1), a hinge arm (2), a torsion spring (3), a first connecting piece (4), a second connecting piece (5), and a damping device (6). One ends of the first connecting piece (4) and the second connecting piece (5) are jointly hinged to the hinge cup (1), and the other ends of the first connecting piece (4) and the second connecting piece (5) are separately hinged to one end of the hinge arm (2); the torsion spring (3) is sleeved at a position where the first connecting piece (4) and the hinge arm (2) are hinged; the damping device (6) is disposed in the hinge arm (2); the other end of the second connecting piece (5) is in hooked connection with the damping device (6) so that the damping device (6) generates a buffering resistance along with rotation of the second connecting piece (5). Connection between the damping device and other parts is simple, the structure is compact and steady, installation is more convenient, and the buffering effect is better, so that a door plate is closed slowly and gently, and thus impact noise of the door plate and a door cabinet is eliminated. Furthermore, the damping device has a buffering resistance limiting function, which can be enabled when the door plate cannot be closed or the closing speed is too slow resulting from the hinge being used for a long time, the torsion spring being fatigued, or an insufficient door closing force being caused by the heavy door plate.
