Abstract:
A damping structure having two damping stages, and a damper and a clutch disk for a vehicle, the damping structure comprising a disk hub flange (1), two side plates (21, 22), and a plurality of shock absorption springs (3). Annular friction assemblies (41, 42) and an elastic piece (5) are arranged in between the disk hub flange (1) and the side plates (21, 22). The coefficients of friction of the surfaces of the annular friction assemblies (41, 42) that abut a side plate (21, 22) and the disk flange (1) are different. During a working process of the damping structure, using annular friction assemblies (41, 42) of different coefficients of friction, relative rotation can be performed relative to the disk hub flange (1), and when the annular friction assemblies (41, 42) connect with the disk hub flange (1), the annular friction assemblies (41, 42) rotate synchronously with the disk hub flange (1). Thus, during relative rotation, the annular friction assemblies (41, 42) generate friction damping with the disk hub flange (1), while during synchronous rotation, the annular friction assemblies (41, 42) generate friction damping with the side plates (21), thereby achieving a two-stage damping effect. Different damping effects can be produced under the two states of an engine of a normal working state and an idling working state, improving the result of damping of torsional vibration.
