Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a storage unit (22) that has a provisional table and a normalized table; a data acquisition unit (21) that acquires first data indicating the state of equipment (11) mounted on a train (10) from the train (10) and stores the first data in the provisional table; a data conversion unit (23) that performs data conversion by means of a conversion process set for each measurement item for the first data acquired during a set period of time based on one or more display intervals for each measurement item of the first data, generates second data in the set period of time, and stores the second data in the normalized table; and an output control unit (24) that reads, from the storage unit (22), the second data stored in the normalized table requested by a terminal device (30) and outputs the second data to the terminal device (30).
