Abstract:
A data encoding method and device, which are used for improving the encoding and decoding performance under non-coherent detection and improving the accuracy of decoding. The method comprises: acquiring the column weight and row weight of a generator matrix (201); determining K sequence numbers from within a first sequence of the generator matrix (202); determining a bit sequence according to the K sequence numbers (203); encoding according to the bit sequence and the generator matrix to obtain encoded bits (204); and sending the encoded bits to a receiving device (205).
