Abstract:
A data processing device, which utilizes a technique such that an OS or an application program divides a file in clusters and writes information into the divided files when writing information into an HDD, conducts the change (redirect) of a place to be written in a unit of cluster, thereby classifying confidential information and general information and storing the confidential information with a small consumption amount of the HDD. Thus, a data processing device, which is capable of classifying confidential information and general information and storing the confidential information with a small consumption amount of the HDD, can be provided.
