Abstract:
Disclosed are a data storage and comparison method, a storage and comparison circuit apparatus, and a semiconductor memory. The storage and comparison circuit apparatus comprises a latch and a comparator, wherein the latch is used for latching input first input data and outputting first output data and second output data, the first output data is identical to the first input data, the second output data is different from the first input data, and the first output data and the second output data are respectively input into the comparator; and the comparator is used for receiving second input data, the first output data and the second output data and outputting a comparison result. Used unit structures of a latch and a comparator can simplify device data in the latch and the comparator, and reduce the area of a chip; in addition, same can also reduce the amount of calculation, and improve the efficiency of data comparison.
