Abstract:
A data transferring circuit applicable to, for example, a liquid crystal display device having a driver circuit integrally formed on an insulating board. In the data transferring circuit, only an inverted or non-inverted output of latch result of a first latch part (41) is transferred as data to a second latch part (42). At least while the data is transferred to the second latch part (42), the power supply voltage of the first latch part (41) is caused to rise.
