Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data transmission method and a communication device, capable of reducing the power consumption of a sending device when transmitting data. The method comprises: a first device determines a super frame, the super frame comprising one idle period and one or two active periods, the one idle period and the one or two active periods being consecutive; and the first device sends data in the one or two active periods, and enters a sleep state in the idle period. Correspondingly, a second device also only receives the data sent by the first device in the one or two active periods of the super frame, and enters a sleep state in the one idle period of the super frame.
