Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are data writing and reading methods and devices, and a system. The methods improve the data storage density. The methods are applied to a data storage system, and the storage system comprises a processor, a charged particle beam excitation modulation component, and a recording medium. The methods are executed by the processor. The data writing method comprises: acquiring data to be written; according to the data to be written, controlling a charged particle beam excitation modulation component to generate a set of charged particle beams with target modulation features; and controlling the charged particle beams in the set of charged particle beams to act on a recording medium, such that a target area in the recording medium generates target recording features corresponding to the data to be written. The data reading method comprises: controlling charged particle beams in a set of charged particle beams to act on an active area of a recording medium, so as to determine target recording features of a target area; and according to the determined target recording features of the target area, reading data to be written.
