Title:
DEAERATION METHOD FOR BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID AND DEVICE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/125612
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is a deaeration method for a bubble-containing liquid in which, using the laminar flow phenomenon that occurs when a liquid is made to move into a tube, air bubbles in the laminar flow are enlarged by aggregation and separated by discharge from a discharge opening to remove the bubbles. The dearation method is characterized by comprising the following: a bubble-containing liquid pressure-feed step in which a bubble-containing liquid is pressure fed; a single-layer or multiple-layer circulation pipe flow adjustment step in which the pressure-fed bubble-containing liquid can be subjected to thin-layer flow adjustment to the shape of a circulation pipe; a bubble enlargement step in which air bubbles in the bubble-containing liquid being transported during the aforementioned steps are pressurized by flow adjustment and are caused to flow together and enlarge; an air separation step in which, by constriction and release from a discharge opening, the air bubbles are separated and discharged from the liquid component; and a liquid diffusion step in which the liquid component separated from the air bubbles is made to diffuse in a radial umbrella shape.
