Abstract:
Disclosed are a decanting apparatus (10, 10A), a wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H) and a decanting device. The decanting apparatus (10, 10A) comprises a negative pressure generator, wherein the negative pressure generator comprises a connection portion and a suction portion; the connection portion is used for connecting to the wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H) in a sealing manner; the suction portion is used for pumping a gas into the wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H), so that a negative pressure is generated in the wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H); and the suction portion can be provided with an opening in a gas chamber in the wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H). Decanting is realised by enabling an outside gas to enter wine under the action of the negative pressure. The wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H) comprises a container shell (201), a gas inlet structure and a negative pressure connection portion, and is connected to the decanting apparatus (10, 10A) in a matching manner, by means of the negative pressure connection portion, for cooperative use. The decanting device comprises the decanting apparatus (10, 10A) and the wine container (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F, 20G, 20H). The outside gas naturally enters the wine under the action of the negative pressure, and the outside gas does not contain re-added impurities, thus reducing the pollution of wine by the decanting process, and making the taste of the wine purer.
