A decorative cove ceiling system (100) integrating a low-voltage cable (3), and a main structure (200) having the system. The decorative cove ceiling system (100) comprises a main body (1), a cover board (2), and several low-voltage cables (3). The low-voltage cables (3) are electrically isolated from each other and fit within the main body (1). The cover board (2) detachably covers the main body (1). The main structure (200) comprises a joining ceiling (202) and a wall (201), and the decorative cove ceiling system (100) is fit to the wall (201) and the ceiling (202).
