Abstract:
Decorative and promotional item and its production process in a vacuum forming machine. From two plastic sheets a decorative or promotional item is created under the following procedure. The two sheets are formed in vacuum forming machines in such a way that, along the side of the item a canal is created as well as a slight difference in the size between the two items. With this method the one item can fit firmly inside the other. That way a fully three dimensional image, item or person is created. This item can be illuminated from its interior.

CLAIMS
1. Production procedure of decorative and promotional item from two plastic hee@s, which is cha@acte@@ed from: the two plastic shee@s a@e @ormed in vacu@m forming machines in such a way that, after the flat part of the sheet is cut, a canal is created along the side of the item. Furthermore, these two items being smaller the one from the other they fit together in such a way that a fully three dimensional item is created. d.7.

Promotional or decorative item from two plastic sheets which is characterized from: the two plastic sheets are formed in vacuum forming machines in such a way that, after the flat part of the sheet is cut, a canal is created along the side of the item Furthermore, these two items being smaller the one from the other they fit together in such a way that a filly three dimensional item is created. d.7.

Description:
DESCRIPTION Decorative and promotional item and process of its production in a vacua forming machine.

The invention is referred to two plastic sheets which are placad under the Following procedure: a. Both sheets, when flat,are printed in an offset or serigraphy printing machine (d.l) b. Both sheets are formedin a vacuum forming machine and as a result they assume a three dimensional effect (d.2.) c. Each formed sheet is driven under e horizontal cutter and that way every remaining flat area is taken away (d3.-d.4.) d. During the vacuum process it is taken into consideration that one of the two iteems is slightly smaller (d.5)and at the same time it creates a canal along the side of the item (d.6.).

Having a small difference in the size and the small canal the one item can fit Inside the other (d.7.)and create a fully three dimensional feature.

With this procedure,from two sheets there can be created fully three Dimensional items,which can be used for interior and outdoor decoration as Well as promotional purposes.

Up to now the vacuum formed plastic sheet had their back side flat resulting The inability to show the back of an item i.e.the a persons back.

The advantage of this method is that with the fitting together of these two Vacuum formed items it is achieved the creation of a fully three Dimensional item or person.

This item can also carry illumination in its interior.
