Abstract:
A dedicated crushing device for a glass substrate, comprising a frame (1), a fixed mold (2) being provided at an upper portion of the frame (1), several through-grooves (3) being provided on the fixed mold (2), the frame (1) being provided with a movable mold (4) slidably connected above the fixed mold (2), the movable mold (4) being connected to a drive assembly (5) for driving same to be close to and away from the fixed mold (2), and the movable mold (4) being provided with pressing blocks (6) corresponding to the through-grooves (3). The frame (1) is provided with a chain plate conveyor line (7) below the fixed mold (2), the frame is provided with at least two crushing cavities (8) connected end to end in sequence from top to bottom at an output end of the chain plate conveyor line (7), each crushing cavity (8) is provided therein with at least two crushing rollers (9) that are parallel to each other and rotatably connected, and the crushing rollers (9) are connected to a motor. The frame (1) is provided with a breaking cavity (10) at a lower portion of the crushing cavities (9), and a collection box (11) is provided at an output end of the breaking cavity (10). The crushing device can crush the glass substrate more thoroughly, facilitating recycling.
