The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to securely fix a deflector that is made of a synthetic resin material to a nut. A deflector 2 is fitted in a deflector installation hole 11 by elastic deformation of the groove-side walls 18 of first and second operable sections 15 in the direction that reduces the width of a slit groove 16, and displacement of flanged protrusions 21 of the first and second operable sections 15 inward of the inner circumferential surface of the deflector installation hole 11. When the flanged protrusions 21 are moved inside the deflector installation hole 11 to positions facing the deflector installation groove 13, the first and second operable sections 15 are elastically restored, the flanged protrusions 21 of the first and second operable sections 15 fit into the deflector installation groove 13, and the deflector 2 is fixed inside the deflector installation hole 11 of the nut 7. In the deflector 2, the outer circumferential surface-side walls 20 of the first and second operable sections 15 on which the flanged protrusions 21 are formed have an arched shape. If, when the deflector 2 is fixed inside the deflector installation hole 11, a force acts to push the deflector out of the deflector installation hole 11, forces act to push the flanged protrusions 21 of the first and second operable sections 15 into the deflector installation groove 13.
