Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of quaternary ammonium salt compounds, and specifically relates to a degradable quaternary ammonium salt compound. The structural general formula of the quaternary ammonium salt compound is as represented by formula I, wherein R1 is H or CH3, R2 is any one of n-decyl, n-dodecyl and n-tetradecyl, R3 is O or NH, and R4 is CH3 or CH2CH3. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the quaternary ammonium salt compound of the present invention simulates a phospholipid structure on the surface of bacteria and presents partial amphipathy; and is capable of replacing and inserting phospholipids on the surface of a bacterial cell membrane to change the original cell membrane structure thereof, such that the cell membrane of the bacteria is ruptured, the content of a bacteria cell flows out, and the cell dies.
