Abstract:
A degreasing device for rolling and conveying comprises a base (13). A first roller unit and a second roller unit are mounted on the base (13). A first degreasing unit is arranged on a front side of the first roller unit. At least one grease scraping unit is arranged on a front side of the first degreasing unit. A second degreasing unit is arranged on a rear side of the second roller unit. The grease scraping unit, the first degreasing unit, the first roller unit, the second roller unit, and the second degreasing unit are sequentially arranged on the base (13), such that when iron material passes through the grease scraping unit, contaminants and a portion of grease on a surface of the iron material are scraped off; after passing through the first degreasing unit, most of the grease on the surface of the iron material is wiped off; the iron material passes through the first roller unit and the second roller unit, and burrs on the iron material are flattened by the roller; and then the iron material enters the second degreasing unit, and the grease on the surface of the iron material is further removed, thereby achieving multiple degreasing steps. The contaminants on the iron material are prevented from entering the degreasing unit, extending service life of the first degreasing unit and the second degreasing unit.
