Abstract:
A delayed baking-based non-ironing finishing process for cotton fabric, comprising the following steps: singeing, desizing, liquid ammonia, mercerizing, liquid ammonia, and post-baking finishing. The finishing process significantly improves the stability of delayingly baked sensitized fabric in delayed baking, improves the problem caused by slow reaction in the storage process of the delayingly baked sensitized fabric, and facilitates the improvement of product quality.
