Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a demasking method for a solar cell mask, and a preparation method for a solar cell, which relate to the field of photovoltaic manufacturing, and solve the problem of a cell piece being prone to breaking or hidden cracks forming when a mask is removed. The demasking method comprises: providing a cell piece to be demasked, wherein the cell piece to be demasked comprises a cell piece, a mask adhered to the cell piece, and a functional precursor layer formed on the mask, and the mask comprises a base film and an adhesive layer adhered to one side of the base film; and performing a viscosity reduction and peeling treatment on the cell piece to be demasked, wherein the viscosity reduction and peeling treatment comprises a viscosity reduction treatment for reducing the peeling strength of the adhesive layer, and a peeling treatment for mechanically peeling the mask off of the cell piece. When demasking is required, a viscosity reduction and peeling treatment is performed on a cell piece to be demasked, such that the peeling strength between a mask and the cell piece is reduced, and the mask can thus be peeled off of the cell piece more easily. The demasking method is used in the preparation method for a solar cell provided in the present invention, such that a mask can be peeled off of a cell piece more easily.
