Abstract:
A deploying device 100 according to the present invention comprises: a detection means 121 for detecting the fraction of people present in each of divided regions obtained by dividing a target region into a plurality of regions; a conversion means 122 for converting, into an array, information indicating the fraction of people for each divided region; and a determination means 123 for determining the deployment of people with respect to the divided regions on the basis of the array.
