Abstract:
A desulfurization wastewater zero discharge treatment method and system suitable for multiple working conditions. A tail flue pipe of a boiler (1) and a bottom outlet of a wastewater drying tower (27) both communicate with an inlet of a dust collector (4). An outlet of the dust collector (4) communicates with a wastewater concentration tower (18) and a flue gas inlet of a desulfurization absorption tower (6). The wastewater concentration tower (18) communicates with the desulfurization absorption tower (6). The desulfurization absorption tower (6) communicates with a chimney (7). The desulfurization absorption tower (6) communicates with a gypsum cyclone separator (9). The gypsum cyclone separator (9) communicates with a filtrate water tank (13). The gypsum cyclone separator (9) communicates with a gypsum dewatering machine (10). The gypsum dewatering machine (10) communicates with a gas liquid separating tank (11). The gas liquid separating tank (11) communicates with a wastewater collecting tank (15). The wastewater collecting tank (15) communicates with a mist eliminator (19), within the wastewater concentration tower (18), a spray water tank (25), and the filtrate water tank (13). The filtrate water tank (13) communicates with the desulfurization absorption tower (6) and a thick pulp tank (22). The spray water tank (25) communicates with the wastewater drying tower (27). A flue gas port of the tail flue pipe of the boiler (1) communicates with the flue gas inlet of the wastewater drying tower (27). The present system and method can adapt to the treatment of various flue gas components, and are highly reliable, energy-conserving, and economical.
