Abstract:
Disclosed are a detachable cutter assembly (3) and a food machine (100), the food machine comprising a machine base (1) and a pot body (2) assembled on the machine base (1), the detachable cutter assembly (3) being arranged in the pot body (2), and the detachable cutter assembly (3) comprising a cutter rest (30), a cutter shaft (31) assembled on the cutter rest (30), and a blade assembly (32) detachably assembled on the cutter shaft (31), wherein the blade assembly (32) comprises a holder (33) detachably assembled with the cutter shaft (31) and blades (34) arranged on the holder (33); a first sealing member (35) is arranged between the cutter shaft (31) and the holder (33); and the first sealing member (35) is assembled with the pot body (2) in an interference sealing manner. The detachable cutter assembly (3) in the food machine (100) is configured with the detachably assembled cutter rest (30) and blade assembly (32), such that only the blade assembly (32) needs to be detached for cleaning when a cutter needs to cleaned, the sanitation requirements for using the food machine (100) can be guaranteed, and cleaning becomes convenient.
