Abstract:
Provided are anti-ROR2 antibodies and the uses thereof. The anti-ROR2 antibodies have CSASSS VSYMHWYQ, IYDTSKLAS and CQQWSSNPPTFGAG amino acid sequences of a light-chain variable region, as well as an YTITSY LMHWV, LEWIGYINPYNDGTKYNEKFKDKAT and CARSDVYYGVRFAYWGQG amino acid sequences of a heavy-chain variable region. Alternatively, the antibodies have CKASQNVGTNVAWFQ, IYLASYRYS and CQQYNSYPLTFGGG amino acid sequences of the light-chain variable region, as well as YTFTNYWIQWM, LEWIGEINPSNGRTDYNEKFKNRAT and CANYRPGYWGQG amino acid sequences of the heavy-chain variable region.
