Abstract:
The present disclosure, in one embodiment, pertains to a detergent composition for a plastic-lens-molding glass mold that contains 20-40% by mass of an aromatic alcohol (component A), 2-8% by mass of an inorganic alkali (component B), 4-8% by mass of a compound represented by formula (I) (component C), 0.1-10% by mass of a compound represented by formula (II) (component D), and water (component E). In formula (I), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a phenyl group, or a C1-6 alkyl group, and n represents the number of added mol of -CH2CH2O- and is an integer of 1-3. In formula (II), R3 and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyethyl group, a hydroxypropyl group, an aminoethyl group, or a C1-6 alkyl group, and R5 represents a hydroxyethyl group or a hydroxypropyl group.
