Abstract:
The determination system comprises: an imaging data acquisition device that captures images of a printing surface of a printed work and obtains imaging data for the captured image; and a determination device that determines the printing method for the printing surface of the printed work captured by the imaging data acquisition device, on the basis of the imaging data obtained by the imaging data acquisition device. The determination device selects a plurality of determination areas included in the captured image, from the imaging data obtained by the imaging data acquisition device, obtains determination data created on the basis of line segment images included in each of the selected plurality of determination areas, compares the obtained determination data between two determination areas, obtains a determination value for determining the printing method for the printing surface of the printed work, on the basis of the comparison results, and determines the printing method for the printing surface of the printed work, on the basis of the obtained evaluation value.
