Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a determination device and a program with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of determination of a sign related to a decline in a driver's driving ability. [Solution] This determination device is provided with: a sign determination unit which determines a sign related to a decline in driving ability of a driver driving a mobile body on the basis of head motion measurement data obtained by measuring head motion of the driver and eyeball motion measurement data obtained by measuring eyeball motion of the driver; and a head oscillation control unit which performs control so as to cause a head oscillation unit to oscillate the head of the driver.
