Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for automatically testing the electrical performance of a generator stator. The device comprises a rack (10), wherein an index plate (14) is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the rack (10), and the index plate (14) is provided with four stations, i.e. a loading and unloading station (18), a pin positioning station (22), an electrical performance testing station (24), and an unloading station (26). The testing device realizes automatic positioning and automatic electrical connection, and ensures that each testing connector is connected to a corresponding lead, so as to perform accurate testing, and during this process, an operator is isolated by a protective cover, and positioning, connection and other work are all automatically completed; therefore, the testing device has the advantages of a high efficiency, safety, etc.
