Disclosed is a device for classifying and sorting parts, relating to the technical field of material sorting. The device comprises a rack (1), wherein a first conveying mechanism (2) is provided on the rack (1), and centering mechanisms (18) are provided at two sides of the rack (1); a supporting plate (4) is connected to a side face of the rack (1) via a triangular connector (3); a first sorting manipulator (5) is provided on the supporting plate (4); a support (7) is provided above the rack (1), and a first industrial camera (8) is provided on the support (7); a PLC (10) is provided at an end portion of the rack (1), and the PLC (10) is connected to the first sorting manipulator (5) and the first industrial camera (8) via wires; and a second conveying mechanism (11) is provided at one side of the first sorting manipulator (5), and a collection box (15) is provided below a tail end of the second conveying mechanism (11). The classifying and sorting device can automatically sort materials, and not only greatly saves on labor, but also has a high sorting speed and working efficiency and is less prone to errors.
