Abstract:
Provided is a device for collecting construction machine operation data, in which the amount of recorded information in which sensor data is collected and accumulated is lessened without reducing the quality of information used for maintenance, whereby it is possible to efficiently collect operation data signaling an advance sign of a failure in a construction machine. A device (100) for collecting construction machine operation data mounted on a construction machine, the device receiving operation data comprising measurement values from a plurality of sensors indicating the operation state of the construction machine, and storing the operation data in an operation data storage unit (106); wherein the device is provided with a normal reference value storage unit (108) for storing the normal reference value for each of the sensors with regard to the operation data, a discrepancy calculation unit (104) for calculating the discrepancy with respect to the normal reference value for each of the sensors, and a storage sensor item extraction unit (110) for extracting the sensor item of the operation data to be stored in the operation data storage unit (106) according to the size of the discrepancy of each of the sensors calculated by the discrepancy calculation unit (104).
