Title:
DEVICE CONSISTING OF A SONIC APPLICATOR AND A CARRIER ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2005056105
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
Low-frequency ultrasound treatment can have various effects according to conditions of treatment. The same can be said for combinatory treatment. Low-frequency ultrasound systems are not versatile enough in order to exploit the full potential of low-frequency treatment. The versatility of low-frequency treatment can be increased by means of a device, which according to requirements can be assembled in a modular manner, the carrier element thereof forming an interface. Other supply devices or treatment devices, in addition to a sonic applicator, can be arranged on the carrier element. The device can be used in the treatment of biological systems.
