Abstract:
A device for controlling the contact displacement of a roll stamp according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a roll stamp disposed on a transfer surface of a substrate and rotating at a speed corresponding to a transfer speed of the substrate; a height adjusting unit mounted to the roll stamp to adjust the height of the roll stamp; a sensor unit disposed at the front of the roll stamp, to which the substrate draws near, and measuring each of a surface distance up to a lower transfer point that exists on the transfer surface of the substrate, and a side distance up to an upper transfer point of the roll stamp, the upper transfer point being the point at which the roll stamp meets the lower transfer point while rotating; a control unit which uses the side distance to calculate a radial distance from the axial center of the roll stamp to the upper transfer point, and controlling the height adjusting unit so that the height of the roll stamp is adjusted by as much as the contact displacement, which is the difference between the surface distance and the radial distance at the moment at which the lower transfer point and the upper transfer point meet each other.
