Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for controlling the end position of an oxygen lance in an electric furnace and, specifically, comprises: an oxygen lance; a lance driving part vertically driven so that the end of the oxygen lance faces molten steel; a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of oxygen discharged through the oxygen lance; and an output part for outputting a pressure value obtained by performing a measurement with the pressure sensor, and thus the present invention checks the end position of the oxygen lance on the basis of the pressure value change, which occurs at each boundary according to the medium as the end of the oxygen lance passes through the air, slag and the molten steel, and drives the oxygen lance by means of the lance driving part. Therefore, the end position of the oxygen lance can be recognized according to the pressure value obtained by performing a measurement with the pressure sensor, and thus the precise position thereof can be checked, and real-time position control is enabled using the measured pressure value.
