Abstract:
A device for the deep processing of aluminum, magnesium and titanium light alloy materials, the device comprising a base (1). A wiping base (2) is arranged at the upper end of the base (1); a polishing base (3) is arranged at the right end of the wiping base (2); a pipe frame (6) is arranged at the right end of the polishing base (3); baffles (5) are arranged at two ends of the pipe frame (6) and the polishing base (3) and two ends of the wiping base (2) and the polishing base (3), respectively; a wiping gear (8) is arranged at the inner end of the wiping base (2); a wiping chain (9) is arranged on the outer surface of the wiping gear (8); a guide block (13) is arranged at the position of the left end of the wiping chain (9) corresponding to the outer surface of the left end of the wiping gear (8); a guide rail (12) is arranged at the left end of the guide block (13); a driven wheel (16) is arranged at the lower end of the wiping chain (9); and a main shaft (14) is arranged in the center of the driven wheel (16). According to the device for the deep processing of aluminum, magnesium and titanium light alloy materials, by arranging a device for conveniently adjusting the distance between polishing blocks (17), convenience is brought to the use thereof, and by arranging a structure for conveniently replacing a wiping device, the situation in which the wiping device is abraded due to the long service time thereof is avoided.
