Abstract:
A device for dry ice generation and dry ice cleaning according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a supply tank storing liquefied carbon dioxide therein; a connection pipe connected to the supply tank and the inside of a chamber; a generation filter that is connected to the connection pipe, receives the liquefied carbon dioxide from the supply tank, and generates dry ice crystals from the liquefied carbon dioxide; a hopper accommodating the dry ice crystals generated in the generation filter; a driving motor for providing the generation filter with power; and a spray nozzle for spraying the dry ice crystals accommodated in the hopper.
