Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (1) for indicating a time, said device having at least one container (2), at least one reservoir (4), at least one pump (3) connected to the container (2). The pump (3) enables a liquid to be pumped from a reservoir (4) into the inside of the container (2). Said device (1) also has a controller (6) for setting a liquid level (25) in the interior of the container (2) in accordance with time information. The container (2) has a plurality of lateral outlet openings (21), said outlet openings (21) being arranged at different heights of the container (2). The liquid level (25) is set within a height band (26), said height band (26) corresponding to a height section of the container (2). The height band (26) extends from a minimum height (27) as far as a maximum height (28). The minimum height (27) is located at a minimum distance (29) above the first outlet opening (21), and the maximum height (28) is located below a second outlet opening (21) or below a total height of the container (2).
