Title:
DEVICE FOR INFERRING ENGINE TORQUE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/042477
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to increase the precision of inferring engine torque on the basis of the detection value of an air intake quantity sensor. The present invention calculates a first engine torque inferred value (rTq1) on the basis of the detection value (rQa1) of an airflow meter (18). An air intake quantity correction unit (B2) corrects the detection value (rQa1) of the airflow meter (18) to a post-correction value (rQa2) on the basis of the detected value (rA/F) of an air-fuel ratio sensor (9). An engine torque inference unit (B3) selects the greater value from among the first engine torque inferred value (rTq1), which is on the basis of a pre-correction detection value (rQa1), and a second engine torque inferred value (rTq2), which is on the basis of the post-correction detection value (rQa2), as the final engine torque inferred value (rTq) to be used in setting the belt oil pressure between the belt and pulley of a belt-type continuously variable transmission.
