Abstract:
A device for integrating testing and NG product removal in lithium battery production, comprising a testing mechanism and a removal mechanism. A transfer mechanism (10) is provided below the testing mechanism and the removal mechanism. A plurality of lithium batteries (16) are placed in a battery storage frame (15), transferred by the transfer mechanism (10) from the upstream to the vertical bottom of the testing mechanism and removal mechanism, and stay put until testing and removal are completed, and are then transferred to the downstream. A support frame is erectly provided above the transfer mechanism (10), and provided with a horizontal moving mechanism and a vertical moving mechanism. The horizontal moving mechanism or vertical moving mechanism is provided with a lifting moving mechanism. The testing mechanism and removal mechanism are both connected to the lifting moving mechanism. The testing mechanism is driven by the horizontal moving mechanism and the vertical moving mechanism to successively test each lithium battery (16). The removal mechanism is driven by the horizontal moving mechanism, the vertical moving mechanism, and the lifting moving mechanism to move to the position of an NG product and to grab, move, and discard same. The device implements the spatial three-dimensional movement of a testing mechanism and removal mechanism, and integrates NG product testing and NG product removal, and efficiency is higher.
