Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for managing roasting information of a universal gas type roaster. A device for managing roasting information of a universal gas type roaster, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a machine management part for managing machine information including at least one from among the manufacturer, model name, and date of manufacture of the gas type roaster; a temperature management part for setting first temperature information which is the temperature of hot air inside the roaster and second temperature information which is the temperature of green coffee beans inside the roaster, and measuring and managing temperatures; a gas management part for obtaining output information of a gas supplied to the roaster, and managing the supply amount and supply time of the gas supplied to the roaster; and a control part for adjusting the output of the gas after inserting the green coffee beans into the roaster, so as to generate a plurality of heating profiles reaching the second temperature information from the first temperature information, and generating a universal heating profile of the roaster by using an average value of the plurality of heating profiles.
