Abstract:
This manufacturing device (1000) comprises a magnetization yoke (1071) in which magnet units (42) to be magnetized are installed. The magnetization yoke has a core (1074) in which slots (1073) are formed at prescribed circumferential intervals, and a coil (1075) accommodated in the slots. When installed on the magnetization yoke, the magnet parts are positioned so that the side on a d-axis located at the magnetic pole center thereof faces a magnetization surface (1074a) of the core provided between circumferentially adjacent slots, and so that the side on a q-axis located at the magnetic pole boundary faces a slot. The coil is secured using a securing material (1076), which is a non-magnetic elastic body, in a state of being accommodated in the slots. A radially indented groove (1090) is formed on a facing surface, which faces the magnetization yoke, on the q-axis side of the magnet parts.
