Abstract:
A device and method for achieving crystallization of glass ceramic by means of microwave-electric hybrid heating. The device comprises a main furnace body, a microwave heating system, an electric heating system, and a conveying system. Temperature increase, crystallization, temperature decrease, and cooling processes are organically combined, and the automation of the entire crystallization production process is achieved. The device alternates between microwave heating and electric heating in the entire heating process. During treatment of glass ceramic products by means of microwave heating, electric heating is used to provide a synchronous balanced temperature atmosphere. There is no dramatic temperature decrease and temperature increase process in the entire process, the stress is eliminated, and product cracking is effectively avoided in the entire process.
