Abstract:
A device and method for continuously extracting heat from a composting system. In the device for continuously extracting heat from a composting system, an empty space is divided into several regions, in which two adjacent regions are separated; the regions are used for composting fermentation for heat production; a pipeline (12) is laid below soil in each region; one end of the pipeline (12) sequentially passes through a water inlet valve and a main water inlet valve and is then in communication with a water inlet tank (13), and the other end of the pipeline (12) extends to sequentially pass through a water outlet valve and a main water outlet valve, and is then in communication with a water outlet tank (14); the terminal of the water outlet tank (14) is connected to a heat supply system; and directional water circulation is ensured between the water outlet tank (14) and the water inlet tank (13). In the heat extraction method using the device, intermittent composting fermentation is performed in each region, the temperature of a pile in at least one region is guaranteed to be greater than or equal to 45°C, and the valve in the corresponding region is opened, and at the same time, the valves in other regions are closed. The device guarantees a continuous heat supply and has a high application value. In addition, the method is easy to control, can easily recover heat, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
