Abstract:
A device for determining a differential voltage curve of a battery comprises: a constant current unit; a sensing unit for outputting a sensing signal indicating a voltage and current of the battery for each unit time; and a control unit for determining, on the basis of the sensing signal, a control history indicating a voltage and a charge amount of the battery for each unit time. When the charge amount is outside a first interest range, the control unit outputs a first request message to the constant current unit on the basis of the charge amount. When the charge amount is within the first interest range, the control unit outputs a second request message to the constant current unit. The constant current unit discharges the battery with the constant current of a first current rate in response to the first request message, and discharges the battery with the constant current of a second current rate, that is lower than the first current rate, in response to the second request message. When the charge amount reaches a threshold value, the control unit determines the differential voltage curve on the basis of the control history.
