Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and method for integrated cooling and heating control of a vehicle air conditioner, the device comprising: an electric compressor which comprises a compression unit for compressing a refrigerant, an electric motor unit for transferring, to the compression unit, a driving force necessary for compression of the refrigerant, and an inverter unit for converting direct-current power, supplied by a battery, into alternating-current power and supplying the alternating-current power to the electric motor unit; an electric heater which comprises a heating unit for generating heat by power supplied thereto from the battery, and a switching unit comprising at least one switch switched according to an input switching control signal to supply power of the battery to the heating unit; and an integrated control unit which controls the operations of the electric compressor and the electric heater in an integrated manner.
