Abstract:
A device and method for preparing in situ formed biochar with a high specific surface area. Crushed and uniformly mixed biomass and a modifier are enabled to enter a hot-pressing pyrolysis device to synchronously complete hot-pressing forming and pyrolysis carbonization, thereby solving the problem of a complicated preparation process with multiple steps and multiple devices of existing formed biochar materials. In situ bonding forming is realized by using low-temperature melting and softening of lignin, and adhesion, bridging, cross-linking, mechanical interlocking and other effects of pyrolysis tar, and no cross-linking agent needs to be added during the process, such that the production cost is low. A biomass pyrolysis charring temperature is reduced by using the coverage and suffocation effects of trace flame-retardant modifiers, excessive ablation is suppressed, a polycondensation reaction is accelerated, the specific surface area and yield of a product are improved, and the cost performance of the product is also improved.
